 Shing Mun Valley Swimming Pool A total of 40 HWI Swimmers represented SCAA at the recent HKASA Division 2 Meet. The swimmers managed a total of 94 Personal Bests from 99 Swims, an excellent 95% PB Rate. Mia Roets (14) managed to come away from the meet with 3 Medals, Gold in 100 I.M (1.11.42), Gold in 200 Back (2.35.24) and Bronze in the 50 Free (29.71). Marcel Hofstede also came away from the meet with a medal placing 3rd in the 50 Free (32.65).
