 1ST DAY Miles Williams (17 yrs) claims a gold in the 800 m freestyle in a time of 8:16.19 . Jemima Ridley (15 yrs) takes Bronze in the 1500 m freestyle in 17:49.61. Nicole Evans (15 yrs) gained experience in racing the 1500 m freestyle the first time ever. Her time of 17:53.74 placed 4. A jet lagged Gordon Mason (15 yrs) touched 4. in the 800 m FR in 8:33.95. Temana Short featured the first time ever in the 800 m freestyle with a 7. place finish in 8:57.62. Kiana Teh (14 yrs) tried out the 1500 m freestyle and placed a credible 7. in a time of 19:02.97. 800 m freestyle "first timer" Owen Henderson (15 yrs) came home in 9:27.74. 2ND DAY Stefan Hess, Gordon Mason, Zai Xiang Ma, Miles Williams storm to Gold in the 4 x 100 m IM relay! Jemima Ridley, Kiana Teh, Ariella Levy and Nicole Evans race to silver medal finish in the 4 x 100 m IM relay. Medal Winners in individual events: Stefan Hess (18 yrs) bronze in 200 m breaststroke and 400 m IM; Gordon Mason (16 yrs) gold in 100 m backstroke; Temana Short (14 yrs) bronze in 100 m freestyle; Miles Williams (17 yrs) gold in 100 m freestyle, 50 m butterfly, 400 m IM; Nathaniel Yeoh (12 yrs) bronze in 100 m freestyle; Jemima Ridley (15 yrs) bronze in the 50 m butterfly; "Top 8" rankings in age group achieved by:Nicole Evans, Mia Roets, Kylie Woo, Xiang Ma, Julian Chow, Huge improvements achieved by all swimmers racing.
