COMPETITIVE STARTS CAMP: SUNDAY 21ST SEPTEMBER, 3:30–5:00PM
This is the first in a new series of stroke development camps at SCAA, led by Coaches Chui, Zento, and Jericho. Open to Bronze, Silver, Gold, Competitive, and Club Training swimmers. (Not suitable for Performance squad members.)

Information
• Fee: $1000 per swimmer per camp
• Places are limited to 15 per camp, allocated on a first come, first served basis
• If full, a waiting list will be available

Bookings
• Payment invoice and confirmation will be sent after booking and payment are completed
• All participants will receive a WhatsApp group link for camp updates

Camp Format
• 30 minutes in-water warm up, progressing from freestyle to the stroke of the day
• Drills for kick, pull, technique and biomechanics, taught with stroke-specific focus
• Individual feedback provided throughout the 90-minute clinic
• 30 minutes of underwater video recording using GoPro Hero Plus (side and front views, 25m each)
• 30-minute group video review in the gym room; coaches will provide verbal advice and discuss underwater footage on a TV screen
• Each swimmer may do a voice recording of their recommended areas for improvement
