Harry Wright Stroke Camp Series: A Deep Dive into Breaststroke with Adam Chillingworth

The latest installment of the Harry Wright Stroke Camp series, held on Sunday, December 14th at the South China Athletic Association (SCAA), was a resounding success. From 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, a group of dedicated swimmers focused on mastering the complexities of the breaststroke.

We were honored to have Adam Chillingworth, a celebrated Hong Kong and SCAA national and international breaststroke champion, join us as a special guest coach. Adam shared invaluable tips and expert insights, providing our swimmers with a unique opportunity to learn from one of the best in the sport. His presence was a source of great inspiration and motivation for everyone in attendance.

Our very own Coaches Chui, Jericho, and Zento led the camp, guiding the swimmers through a rigorous and rewarding session. A key component of the camp was the use of video analysis, which allowed each swimmer to gain a deeper understanding of their own breaststroke technique and identify areas for improvement.

We are incredibly proud of the progress our swimmers made and the enthusiasm they brought to the pool. A big thank you to our coaches and to Adam Chillingworth for making this camp an unforgettable experience.
