Stroke Camp News

The first of our series of Autumn Stroke camps was held on Sunday afternoon, with 15 x swimmers receiving valuable instruction and video feedback on their Competitive starts.  

Thank you to Coach Chui for leading this event, with coaches Zento and Jericho.

Dont forget to sign up via EVENTS PAGE if you are interested in attending other Stroke camps - and / or the next SPRINT MEET (Oct 26th) This sprint meet is aimed at Brz, Silv, Gold squads only as we only have space for 100 swimmers max!
