SUNDAY STROKE CAMPS:  

Our next series of the popular Sunday Stroke camps has been organized by the coaches

Open to Bronze / Silver / Gold / Comp / Club Training swimmers  (not suitable for Performance squads)

INFORMATION:

Each camp will be charged at $1000 per swimmer

A great way to receive extra stroke development from our top coaches, with video footage and advice!

Venue: SCAA; 88 Caroline Hill Rd, Causeway Bay.

Limited spaces (15 PLACES FOR EACH CAMP) – and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Once any of the camps is full we will have a waiting list in case anyone drops out.

Payment Link Invoice will be sent after booking - Confirmation will follow after payment is done.

FORMAT for all STROKE CAMPS

30 min in water warm up: progressing from freestyle to the stroke of the day.

Practicing kick/pull/drill/ and building best possible technique through teaching stroke specific drills to build best possible biomechanics.

Coaches will give individual feed back through out the 90 minute clinic.

30 min under- water video recording with GoPro Hero Plus High definition camera:

All swimmers will be recorded once from a side view = 25 m – and once from a front  view = 25 m

30 min group video review in gym room (class room setting):

Coaches will connect their phone or computer to the TV screen and play the recorded clips:

Each participant will receive verbal advice from coaches on improving their stroke.

Group discussion of individual swimmers under water footage.

Swimmer whose video is discussed may do a voice recording of the suggested areas of improvements.
