The SCAA club generously provided their meeting room, allowing Harry Wright Swim School to bring together a large group of swimmers for a truly memorable afternoon. Priority invitations were extended to our Performance squad, followed by Gold and Silver groups, with 90 swimmers in attendance alongside special guests from SCAA management.

Coach Chui introduced two exceptional presenters:  
- Siobhan Haughey, Team Hong Kong Olympic medallist  
- Arno Kamminga, international Dutch swimmer, now training with SCAA at the Sports Institute

Siobhan’s session focused on mental preparation before and during competitions. Drawing on her extensive experience, she provided practical tips and heartfelt advice, engaging young swimmers with personal stories and genuine encouragement.

Arno shared insights into the development and daily life of a champion. His inspiring journey to the Olympics and stories from international swimming served to motivate everyone present. Swimmers particularly enjoyed the opportunity to see and hold authentic Olympic medals.

A huge thank you to both champions for their generosity and inspiring presentations, as well as for taking the time to sign souvenir cards for so many of our athletes.
