Harry Wright -SCAA Swimmers Shine at CASA Short Course Championships 2025
The HWI-SCA swim team delivered outstanding performances at the CASA Short Course Championships held on November 23rd at Shing Mun Valley. Ashley Koh led the medal haul with one gold and three silver medals, while Sean Wong secured four silver medals. The team also achieved multiple top-8 finishes across individual events and relays, demonstrating strong depth and competitive excellence throughout all age groups.

Siobhan Haughey delivered a stellar performance at the National Games in Shenzhen, advancing to the 200m freestyle finals after finishing third in the heats with 1:58.98 and securing the second fastest qualifying time of 1:56.73 in the semi-final. National Games Swimming Day 1
SCAA/Harry Wright Swim School swimmers started the National Games of China with promising performances, as Ian Ho advanced to the semi-finals in the 50m Butterfly, improving his time to 24.20 and placing 15th overall. Adam Chillingworth impressed in the 100m Breaststroke, reaching the evening’s semi-finals and finishing with a strong 1:01.79 for 15th place. Congratulations to both athletes, and thanks to Head Coach Michael Fasching for his contributions as national coach at the games. HKG Age Group Champs Report
The Hong Kong Age Group Long Course Championships 2025 were held from 31st October to 2nd November at Kowloon Park Swimming Pool, concluding the long course season with strong competition from local teams. The Harry Wright Swim School squad included elite performers and world-class swimmers, providing an invaluable experience for younger athletes. Special congratulations go to Ho Ian Yentou for setting a new Hong Kong record in the 100m Butterfly, and to all individual and relay medallists for their outstanding achievements. The team’s commitment and performance were exceptional, with many swimmers achieving top 8 finishes and earning valuable team points. Well done to everyone who competed and contributed to this successful championship.
